Seller Connect USA is a trade name of RDRA, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. We're a referral service: homeowners who want to sell a house as-is tell us about it, and we introduce that house to cash buyers in their area.

What We're Not

We are not a real estate agent, a broker, a lender, or a buyer. We don't set prices, make offers, appraise property, or negotiate on anyone's behalf. We don't represent the homeowner or the buyer — we make the introduction, and the two of them take it from there.

Why We Exist

Most homeowners who want to sell as-is only ever hear from one buyer — whichever one happens to find them first, through a postcard, a yard sign, or a cold call. We exist to introduce your house to cash buyers in your area, not just whichever one got there first.
