How We're Paid

If cash buyers pay us, whose side are we on? It's a fair question, and the honest answer is below.

Buyers Pay Us. You Don't.

Cash buyers pay Seller Connect USA to be introduced to homeowners who want to sell. You pay nothing — not to submit your information, not to be introduced to a buyer, not at any point afterward. There's no fee, no percentage, and no charge to you at any stage of using this site.

Our fee doesn't come out of what a buyer offers you, either. It isn't a cut of a sale price, a closing cost, or a deduction of any kind. It's a separate payment a buyer makes to us for the introduction itself, and it has nothing to do with any number a buyer discusses with you.

Paid the Same, Whichever Buyer You Choose

We're paid the same by a buyer no matter which cash buyer you end up talking to, or how many. That means we have no reason to steer you toward one buyer over another — there's nothing in it for us either way. We introduce your submission to cash buyers in your area, and what happens after that is between you and them.

What We Are — and What We Aren't

We are not the buyer. We're not a real estate agent, a broker, or a lender. We don't represent you, and we don't represent any buyer — we don't set prices, we don't make offers, and we don't negotiate on anyone's behalf. Any conversation about your house, and any offer, happens directly between you and a buyer, without us on the call.

What We Actually Do With Your Submission

When you tell us about your house, we introduce that information to cash buyers in your area. That's the whole of what we do with it. For what we collect and how we handle it, see our Privacy Policy; if you'd rather not hear from us directly, see Contact Consent & Opt-Out.
